My Review: We are already big fans of Gorton's, so receiving these coupons was something that I knew we would appreciate. I usually purchase Gorton's a few times per month, and I usually buy a few packages to feed my family of six. Our favorite item to buy is the Beer Battered Fish Fillets. They are juicy and tender, with just the right amount of crunch in the breading. My family likes the flaky texture of the fish and how moist it stays underneath the breading. There is a subtle hint of beer-batter flavor, which is something both my husband and myself enjoy.
I usually purchase something different for the children, such as the Gorton's Tenders. The batter is light and crispy, and doesn't become soggy after baking. They are so easy to prepare, and only take about twenty minutes in the oven. I usually add a side of baked potatoes and veggies, which makes it a quick and easy meal that I can do in less than 30 minutes. Gorton's is one of my go-to meals when I am running late and need something on the dinner table quickly. Even though it is quick to prepare, it doesn't disappoint in taste, so it is a meal that my family truly enjoys.
While we tend to stick with our usual favorites, I am excited to know that Gorton's offer so many new products that are appealing to both adults and children. They offer original tenders and fish sticks, that are wonderful for children, especially picky eaters. The size makes each one ideal for dipping in tarter sauce or your favorite dipping sauce for seafood.
